The Story
Antonio started in tech in 2014 as a Teaching Assistant and IT Technician at Bishops Anstey High School East and Trinity College East in Trinidad. From there he moved into healthcare IT as an IT Officer at St. Clair Medical Centre — managing Windows Servers, networking, firewalls, and the company's entire technology infrastructure for three years. That's where the foundation was built: real infrastructure, real stakes, no safety net.
The path into cloud was deliberate. NOC Engineer at Massy Technologies InfoCom, then Systems Engineer at PBS Technologies, then Group Cloud Administrator at Digicel Group — where he managed Azure operations across the Caribbean. Each role was a layer on top of the last. By the time he reached Apeiron Sumus in 2024, leading Microsoft Azure and Security Solution Assessments for enterprise customers, the foundation was 8 Azure certifications deep and over a decade wide.
In 2023 Antonio founded ARC Cloud Consulting — not as a side project, but as a technical delivery engine. A remote team covering cloud architecture, full-stack development, UX/UI design, and n8n automation. Every client project he runs goes through ARC. The SASSI logistics platform. The Qualitech digital transformation. The Wiman Microsoft 365 infrastructure. And 3 Stripes Technologies — the EMR platform he co-founded to give Caribbean healthcare providers software that was actually built for them.

How I Work
The way I operate.
Remote-first, always
I've been working remotely since before it was standard. ARC's delivery team spans Trinidad, Bangladesh, and beyond. The work doesn't require me to be in the room — it requires the right architecture, the right team, and clear communication.
Build first, iterate fast
Every project starts with a working prototype, not a slide deck. The goal is always to put something real in front of the client as fast as possible and refine from there. That's how SASSI went from a manual WhatsApp operation to a 200-user platform. That's how 3ST went from APEX Oracle to a production Turborepo monorepo.
Embedded, not transactional
The best client relationships aren't vendor relationships. ARC operates as an embedded technical team — inside the client's operation, not outside looking in. Qualitech doesn't have an IT department. They have ARC.
Currently
Building from the road.
Trinidad is home base. But the work goes where I go. Medellín and Playa Venao, Panama are on the horizon. The setup is simple — a laptop, a reliable connection, and a team that doesn't need me in the office to ship. If anything, the travel sharpens the perspective. Building digital infrastructure for Caribbean businesses while working remotely across Latin America is its own kind of proof of concept.
